Central School Senior Apartments, scheduled to open late 2007 and located near downtown Anderson, is Stenz Construction's most recent restoration project involving the adaptive reuse of an historic school in central Indiana. Lora B. Pearson Elementary School, renamed Pearson Place, Jefferson High School, renamed Historic Jefferson Center, Lebanon High School, renamed Memory Hall and Crawfordsville High School, renamed Athena Center, were each transformed by Stenz into affordable senior housing apartments with commercial office space.
Ideally suited for the independent, active senior, Central School Apartments offers 35 1- and 2-bedroom residences, each with a unique floor plan.
