Work Includes:  site demolition / clearing, earth moving, water distribution, sanitary sewerage, storm drainage, subdrains, landscaping, concrete, masonry / limestone, steel, decorative metals, rough carpentry wood framing, laminated veneer lumber, wood I joists, wood trusses, finish carpentry, architectural woodwork, simulated wood trim, waterproofing, insulation, synthetic slate roofing, EPDM roofing, flashings, firestopping, joint sealants, hollow metal doors & frames, wood doors, door hardware, glass & glazing, metal clad wood windows & doors, drywall, acoustical panel ceilings, tile, wood flooring, carpeting, painting, wallcovering, signage & plaques, toilet partitions, toilet accessories, fire extinguishers & cabinets, cupola, residential appliances, fire suppression sprinkler, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, integrated AV system, intrusion system, and fire alarm system.

WBE / MBE participation is encouraged

There are a total of four bid alternates on this project

Estimated project schedule is to start next month and complete by 10/21/13.

Project is NOT subject to wage scale requirements

Work includes: clearing, storm sewer, concrete and paver removal, sawcutting, concrete pavement, concrete headwalls, limestone paving band, precast concrete curb, cast in place concrete seat wall finish, landscaping, sodding, hardscaping, irrigation, sheet waterproofing, penetrating sealers, joint sealants, fountain waterproofing, water fountains, stainless steel grating & frames, stainless steel trellis system, limestone accents, hollow metal doors / frames & hardware, pipe and tube railings, repair of steel railings, painting, plumbing, electrical 

 

  • There are established goals for MBE, WBE and VBE participation on this project and we invite all such participation.
  • There is one bid alternates on this project for tent anchors
  • Estimated project schedule is to start by 7/1/13 and complete by 12/31/13.
  • Project is subject to a Common Construction Wage Scale
  • Bidders are strongly encouraged to visit the project site and familiarize themselves with the existing conditions
