Over the past 30 years, Stenz Construction Corporation has been involved in the construction of many notable structures in Indianapolis, such as the Walker Theatre, 54 Monument Circle (Test Building), the Canterbury Hotel, The Glove Factory and the Indianapolis Repertory Theatre.  SCC has been honored with the prestigious "Craftmanship Award" by the American Institute of Architects for our detailed finish work on the Canterbury Hotel.

Reflecting a revitalization in urban living, these historic structures feature meticulously refurbished facades renovated around their existing infrastructures.  The Metropolitan Development Commission bestowed 3 awards for Excellence in Development to SCC for their achievements.
