Pearson Place Senior Apartments, located near downtown Shelbyville, is Stenz Construction's most recently completed restoration project involving the adaptive reuse of an historic school in central Indiana . Lora B. Pearson Elementary School, Jefferson High School, renamed Historic Jefferson Centre, Lebanon High School, renamed Memory Hall, and Crawfordsville High School, renamed Athena Center, were each transformed by Stenz into senior housing apartments with commercial office space.
