Stenz Management Company, Inc. (SMCI) was founded in 1983, in response to our construction clients asking us to stay on to manage the day-to-day operations of their buildings. Since then, SMCI has grown into a full service commercial real estate services firm, providing professional property management and facility maintenance to our clients.

Our current management portfolio includes multi-tenant commercial office, medical office, multi-family residential (specializing in Section 42 Affordable Housing), and parking (both enclosed garages and surface lots). In addition, we provide on-call maintenance for several large national retail chains in central Indiana, and 24/7 maintenance service for the entire Indianapolis Public Library system (24 locations).
